First of all we want to say thank you for all your support, thank you for the critics and suggestion you are giving to improve our blog. We are glad to have you. Today we want to share a great Japanese Restaurant in Bergamo, Italy: “Miyabi Sushi”.

So…if you’re fans of Japanese food and you live in northern Italy area, don’t go anywhere, because this is not the usual Chinese, Japanese, Thai and everything else restaurant, “Miyabi Sushi” serves real Japanese food made by real Japanese chef, with fresh ingredients everyday.

The kitchen open from 12.00 – 14.00 and from 19.00 – 23.00

Close on Monday.

If you’re living in Bergamo (CAP 24121 & 24122), you can also ask for delivery to your home (fee 3.50 euro), or you can just go there to take away. If you plan to go there (especially in weekend) it’s better to call for a reservation. The restaurant is not very big and it’s always quite crowded, so you could risk to find it already full.

The term sushi comes from an archaic grammatical form no longer used in other contexts, and literally means “sour-tasting”, a reflection of its historic origin as a fermented food.The restaurant is really in the center of the town, so not very difficult to find. You can easily reach it also from the train station. Maybe not so easy to find a free parking for your car during peak hours or weekend, but paying parking in the zone are not missing.

They do not have only a lot of kind of sushi, but also other Japanese food and dessert. If you order wine to accompany your dishes, you will make another unique experience, because the Japanese flavor engaged with the excellent Vino Italiano.

Price is little bit more expensive compare to other usual mix Chinese, Japanese, Thai restaurant s, but when you try, you will notice the difference of the quality/freshness products used. So..we highly recommend you to try Miyabi Sushi. Hope you’ll like it.
