Today we want to share about Lambda Salud, Adeje-Tenerife. It’s a special clinic where you can find physiotherapy, osteopathy, rehabilitation, dentist, and you can also join a pilates class. We came to this place when I injured my knee. My knee was producing liquid and swolen. It made me not able to bend my knee, stand for long, and also cannot walk properly. So, we were trying to find a physiotherapist that can help me to fix the problem of my knee. Thanks God that we finally found Lambda.

The physiotherapist is very friendly, she treat me very well. She asked me to do radiography, then based on the result of the radiography she gave me massage, acupuncture, and other treatment. After some session of massage, I feel much better. Then the physiotherapist suggested me to join pilates class for 1 month to strengthen the muscle on my knee so I will able to walk in a normal way like before. I follow the suggestion, and now I can walk properly, even I continue doing pilates because I feel the benefit of pilates to my body. So, this is the detail of Lambda:

If you have any problems or injuries, we really recommend you to go to Lambda.As an Asian that used to have massage frequently in my hometown, this clinic is like an oasis for me. Honestly I don’t really like to go to the doctor, taking medicine, get some injection, or even having a surgery. When I got injured, I really want to go to Indonesia to have some massage to fix my problem, but when I found Lambda I realized that I don’t need to spend a lot of money to buy flight ticket to Indonesia. Lambda makes me love Tenerife more.

For your information, I was little bit disappointed when I moved from Jakarta to this island. I was thinking I couldn’t find what I want and what I need. I know that Jakarta is really chaos, but it’s convenient. You can find what you want easily and near your house. But now, after some years living in Tenerife I started to know more about Tenerife from places, restaurants, and the people. I feel like I’m at home, one more goal for me to achieve is to speak Spanish fluently!!
